HELPING HANDS
Energy assistance program helps Emerald People's Utility District (EPUD) customers pay their EPUD bills. Assistance for this program starts in February, and is first-come, first-served. There are no waiting lists. If approved, a one-time grant of up to $300 is credited to your electric bill.

Customers can contact Catholic Community Services in Springfield as well as Eugene, and Community Sharing in Cottage Grove for an intake appointment.
