Offers mental health services for adults for a period of up to one year. Counseling staff consists of volunteer professionals from the community and master-level graduate students. Provides individual counseling for emotional concerns, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, and adjustment problems. Also sometimes provides short term counseling for those who have experienced a natural disaster.

Offers in-person and online support groups throughout the year open to all community members, including: the Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Support Group, the Men's Mentoring Circle, Anxiety and Depression groups and others.

Eligibility: Adults age 18 and older with low income and no mental health insurance or Medicare or those with very high co-pays. Also adults waiting for OHP coverage.
In-person services must be a resident of Lane County. Online services must be resident of the State of Oregon.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for appointment. Clients are screened on the phone and an intake evaluation is scheduled if the client meets eligibility guidelines. If the client does not meet eligibility, community resources may be provided.
Note: support groups call or visit the website for the current class schedule and registration directions.
FEES: Intake evaluation: $20 fee for 1.5 hours
Counseling services: sliding fee scale of $5-$40
Groups: sliding scale fee of $5-$40
DOCUMENTS: Intake form for potential clients and confidentiality forms; filled out online prior to intake.
