This program provides outpatient mental health services, evaluation and outpatient treatment for substance abuse, referral to residential treatment programs, follow-up for individuals coming out of residential treatment, outpatient treatment program for problem gamblers, and education and outreach to the community.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for information
FEES: Accepts OHP and some private insurance. Offers sliding scale fees for uninsured patients. No one will be denied care due to inability to pay.
DOCUMENTS: Insurance information, if applicable. Proof of income if applying for sliding scale fees.
