TITLE X REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH WELL VISIT
Reproductive Health Well Visits include a full review of the patient’s medical history, a physical exam, and clinical screenings for cervical cancer (pap), chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, HIV, and Hepatitis B and C.
Health education and counseling is also available on topics including reproductive health, contraceptive methods, breast self-exams, STD/HIV risks, pregnancy counseling, infertility, and domestic and sexual violence.

Eligibility: US citizenship and Oregon residency are NOT required to receive services.
Serves women with a household income below 250% FPL. Minors receiving confidential services do not need to report their parent’s income. Clients will not be denied service or subjected to any variation of services based on inability to pay.
