HOME VISITING/DOULA SERVICES
Culturally specific doula and home visiting support services starting at early pregnancy through age 3. Program elements include:
- Nutrition and physical activity promotion
- Community Birth Celebrations- building social supports and connections with elder mentors
- Sacred Roots full circle doula services- early pre-natal through postpartum
- Together We Can (TWC) home visiting- focused on cultural identity, parenting, family stability, child development, and economic stability
- Ubuntu group services focused on optimal health
- Parent-Child interaction and engagement groups

Eligibility: Sacred Roots Doula services available to any pregnant Black woman/family
Together We Can Home Visiting services available to any parent (ages teen - 30) of a Black or bi-racial child birth-3 years old
