INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call to request an intake packet. Fill out and return the intake packet. You will receive a call from the office within 2 business days of receipt of the packet.
FEES: Fees are paid by non-custodial party unless otherwise court-ordered or arranged. A sliding fee scale is available.
Intakes: $75/intake
Supervised visitation: $60/hour
Supervised exchanges: $30/exchange
DOCUMENTS: Intake paperwork, Court orders and parenting plans.

SITE HOURS: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
