PARENTS AS TEACHERS (PAT)
Provides family support and parent education. Advocates visit families to provide support and child guidance. Parent Educators use the Parents as Teachers (PAT) evidence-based home visiting curriculum to support developmentally appropriate activities and information about development, as well as answer parent questions or concerns. Other services offered include developmental screenings, play and learn groups, family fun nights, resource networking, and "Welcome Baby Baskets" for families of newborns, including free diapers on an emergency basis.
