EARLY HEAD START
Early Head Start promotes healthy birth outcomes, enhanced child development, and positive parenting skills through home visits, parenting classes, and parent support and networking.

The Coos Bay location offers the only center-based Early Head Start program. All other locations offer home-based Early Head Start only.

Eligibility: -Pregnant individuals and families with infants and children ages 0-3
-Families with incomes at or below 100% FPL
-Children in foster care, homeless children, and children from families receiving public assistance (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), SNAP, or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) regardless of income.
-Families with higher incomes and specific needs, may also be eligible
-Families with higher needs are prioritized
