Parent-directed program offering information and resources to empower military parents, individuals with disabilities, and service providers to access services. Provides webinars and workshops by request worldwide through contracts with the US military.

Workshop and webinar topics may include:
-In-depth information about parents' rights and responsibilities (IDEA, 504, DODEA, FERPA, IEP, IFSP) in their children's special education services, both in the US and abroad
-Accessing educational and medical records and developing a comprehensive home file
-Accessing resources in both current duty stations and future assignments for a quick transition to new services
-Making informed decisions about overseas assignments and DODEA
-Working effectively with military systems like TRICARE, ECHO, and the EFMP
