COWLITZ TRIBAL TREATMENT CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY SERVICES
Provides holistic chemical dependency services, including assessments, intensive outpatient treatment, DUI/deferred prosecution, inpatient referral and placement, youth treatment services, and individual and group counseling. This is a state-certified chemical dependency treatment facility for adults. Treatment approach blends ancient tribal customs, teachings, and traditions with modern treatment practices.

Hours: Office hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Assessment hours: Monday/Wednesday/Thursday 8:30am and 1pm
Group hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-8:30pm, Friday 8am-5pm

FEES: Fees for outpatient services are waived for federally recognized Native Americans and Alaska Natives. Accepts any billable insurance and Washington Apple Health.
