Oregon Veterans' Homes provide professional medical, nursing, and long-term care; memory care; and short-term rehabilitative aid during recovery to allow residents to return home after hospitalization. Facilities are located in The Dalles and Lebanon. They are owned by the State of Oregon and are separate from the US Department of Veterans Affairs.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for information. The Oregon Department of Veterans Affairs has Admission Liaisons to assist veterans and their families with questions about care and the admissions process at the homes.
