The Statewide Health Insurance Benefits Advisors (SHIBA) helpline provides confidential help with Medicare and health care choices. Volunteer advisors can help assess health care coverage needs, determine eligibility for health care coverage programs, evaluate and compare health insurance plans and programs, provide Medicare enrollment help, speak with Medicare on your behalf, collect and report possible fraud complaints, and refer to other agencies and programs.
