EMERGENCY UTILITY ASSISTANCE
Provides limited, one-time payment assistance for electricity, water, or natural gas. Assistance is dependent on available funding and is not guaranteed. Due to high call volumes, call wait times may be long.
Eligibility: Limited appointments are available for households with a shut-off notice; priority is given to households whose utility service is disconnected and who have already contacted the utility company for a payment plan.
Hours: Monday-Friday 9:30am-12:30pm; except for holidays and weather closures

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call and leave a voicemail. Leave the following information: First and last name, address, phone number, account number, and utility company.
