Eligibility:
-City of Sherwood clients must be approved by City of Sherwood before coming in to apply for service. Assistance is generally limited to once per year, but may request additional assistance from the city.
-City of Hillsboro water clients must be approved by water district before coming in to apply for service. Assistance is available once per year.
-Water bill must be in the name of the applicant
-Must have shut-off notice
