TRIMET LIFT PROGRAM
Provides a shared-ride, public transportation service for people who cannot independently use TriMet buses or MAX trains because of a disability or disabling health condition. Offers delivery of groceries, food bank pickup, pet food/supplies, and essential household items. Cannot accept EBT, deliver prescriptions or frozen food. Provides door-to-door transportation within the service area.

Eligibility: Must be certified as meeting ADA paratransit eligibility criteria. An individual may be eligible for service if they have a disability or disabling health condition, and their disability or health condition prevents them from independently using TriMet buses and/or trains some or all of the time (without assistance, other than from a bus driver).

Hours: Reservations: 7 days per week 7am-6pm
Rides: 7 days per week 4:30am-2:30am
Delivery: 7 days per week 8am–8pm

INTAKE PROCEDURE: -Call or visit website for application. Must complete application and in-person evaluation. Individuals who need an interpreter should say the language that they speak when the call is answered, then remain on the line for further assistance.
-Rides must be reserved no later than 5pm the day before a trip. May also place a reservation for recurring trips.
-Delivery: Must be a current participant. Call or visit the website for more information.
FEES: $2.80 for each ride
Note: Pink foil tickets no longer accepted. Visit website to tade in tickets.
