HOUSING TEAM
Housing Team Case Managers help individuals and families find housing and reach other similar goals. Priority goes to adults who are currently experiencing homelessness and do not have a Case Manager at another agency.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: If you are not in shelter already, go to the Resource Center front desk to sign up on the day of service.

If you are in shelter inquire about meeting with the on-site case manager.
