BUD CLARK ACUTE CARE CLINIC
The Bud Clark Clinic serves people who are experiencing homelessness. Services include:
-Short-term treatment for injuries, new illnesses, and urgent medical needs
-Assistance during recovery from surgery, including wound care
-Help getting medication refills for problems like diabetes, hypertension, etc.

Does NOT:
-Assist patients with long-term pain management
-Accept referrals from outside providers or hospital systems
-Treat chronic pain

Bud Clark Clinic patients who want to connect to primary health care and/or behavioral health care will be assisted in finding care through the Old Town Clinic.

Hours: Monday/Thursday/Friday 8:30am-noon, Tuesday 8:30am-noon and 1pm-4pm; service intakes end 15 minutes before close
