KOMEN TREATMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Provides financial assistance for individuals currently undergoing breast cancer treatment. Awards may be used for treatment-related expenses, such as: housing, utilities, transportation, child and elder care, food, side effect management medication, oral treatment medication, durable medical equipment, lymphedema care and supplies, palliative care, and home health care.

Eligibility: Applicants must currently be in treatment for breast cancer, have a current annual household income at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). Must not have received an award from this program in the past 12 months.
