CHILD CARE LICENSING DIVISION
Assures the safety of children in care by licensing child care facilities and assessing child care complaints against licensed providers. The Division has licensing staff statewide, with field offices in Eugene, Gresham, Medford, Milton-Freewater, Redmond, The Dalles, and Tualatin. Licensing staff inspect child care facilities, assess complaints against facilities, and provide technical assistance to child care providers.

Families researching child care options can access child care safety records, including complaint and compliance history, emergency suspensions, and injury logs.
