Provides a shopping-style food pantry that clients can access once every 14 days, and offers a to-go meal service (qualified individuals can receive one to-go meal each service day). Also provides a clothing service (includes hygiene supplies such as toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, job interview, or special occasion clothing). Accepts shelf-stable foods, hygiene items, and gently used clothing.

During inclement weather, follows the closing/late opening procedures of the Vancouver Public School District.
