Provides primary, patient-centered medical care for adults and children, as well as mental health evaluations, immunizations, pregnancy testing, prenatal services, and drug and alcohol assessments. Established patients can also access low cost prescriptions on-site.

Also assists in applying for the Oregon Health Plan and private insurances on the Federal Health Exchange.
