Parenting education home visiting program. Parent educators follow the Parents as Teachers (PAT) curriculum to provide parenting materials, school readiness activities, and developmental and health screenings.

Eligibility: Families with children from birth through age 6 with a focus on the African-American community. Parents with involvement in the criminal justice system must check with their parole or probation officer or DHS caseworker before applying.
