INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call or email for intake and scheduling. Include a phone number in emails and phone messages for a call back. Allow up to 3 business days for clinic staff to contact you.
FEES: $15 per session. Reduced fees can be negotiated in cases of financial hardship.
DOCUMENTS: None required at intake
AREA SERVED: Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington Counties
SITE HOURS: Monday-Friday 9am-8:30pm by appointment during the school year.
