INTAKE PROCEDURE: Walk in to sign up for the lottery. Randomly selected names are posted by 5pm daily, and those selected must return at 8pm for check in.

SITE HOURS: 6:45am-5pm and 5:45pm-6am / 7 days per week
TRAVEL/LOCATION INFORMATION: MAX Red and Blue lines, Skidmore Fountain stop. Near bus lines 12, 19, and 20 on the Burnside Bridge.
