Intensive home-based parenting education program that offers education and support related to early childhood development, parenting skills, nutrition and health, play, and community resources.

Eligibility: Expectant families and parents with children under age 3. Must enroll during pregnancy or before the baby is 90 days old. The family must be experiencing some kind of stressor such as trouble paying bills, mental health issues, etc.
