Provides assistance with electric, gas, and heating fuel bills when funding is available. Also provides water assistance through the Low Income Household Water Assistance program (LIHWA).

Hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-noon and 1pm-5pm until capacity is reached for NW Natural Gas customers. Not accepting appointments for electric, heating fuel, or water.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for information or walk in to drop off documents when assistance is open
FEES: None
DOCUMENTS: -Photo ID for everyone in the household age 18 and older
-Social Security cards or numbers for everyone in the household that has one
-Proof of income for last 30 days for everyone in the household over age 18 who works/receives income (if paid on the day of intake, bring check; no bank statements accepted)
-If receiving SSD or SSI, bring Social Security Administration award letter (no bank statements)
-If receiving TANF, a verification letter is needed
-Energy assistance: Current utility bill in applicant's name
LANGUAGES: English, Spanish, Chuukese, Czech, Hmong, Lao, Russian, Slovak, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, interpretation by arrangement
