CITY OF PORTLAND WATER DISCOUNT PROGRAM
Provides a discount on water and sewer/storm water bills. Discount depends on type of account and monthly household income. The bill discount is a discount on every sewer, stormwater, and water bill you receive. Can qualify for the program if you meet income guidelines and have a single-family residential account.

DOCUMENTS: -ID cards for everyone in the household age 18 and older
-Social Security cards for everyone in the household
-Proof of income for last 30 days for everyone in the household who works/receives income (if paid on the day of intake, bring check; no bank statements accepted)
-If receiving SSD or SSI, bring Social Security Administration award letter from 2018 (and 2017, if available)
-Current utility bill
