Aids member schools in preventing and solving management problems, assists in establishing cooperative preschools, and provides ongoing communication opportunities for member schools.

The organization also helps families find local cooperative preschools. Sponsors an annual conference for parents and teachers, as well as enrichment events such as parent education, concerts, and anniversary celebrations. The organization does not provide any direct preschool services.
