PATIENT CARE PROGRAM
Helps finance eye and ear surgeries for individuals who cannot afford needed treatment. The following procedures may qualify for assistance:
-Vision: cataract surgery, corneal transplant, enucleation, eye muscle surgery
-Hearing: adenoidectomy, tympanoplasty, mastoidectomy, myringotomy

Eligibility: Must be an Oregon resident for at least two years, be sponsored by a local Lions Club, have an income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level, and have exhausted all other resources to pay for treatment
