CITY OF HILLSBORO UTILITY BILL ASSISTANCE
Provides emergency financial assistance for a maximum of two utility bills, not to exceed $250 in total within a 12-month period. Customers may also request a flexible payment plan.

Eligibility: Qualifying customers must be listed on the utility bill and meet one of the following criteria:
-Documented total household income is below 185% of the Federal Poverty Limit (FPL) for at least the past 60 days
OR
-At least one member of the household is enrolled in and receiving benefits from any of the following government assistance programs: SNAP, TANF, OHP, Free/Reduced School Lunch, HUD Housing Voucher, LIEAP, or WIC

3. The City of Hillsboro Utility Billing Team will contact you to confirm bill relief
