Provides discounted service for the City of Hillsboro HiLight Internet. Qualifying customers receive 1 Gigabit Internet service for $10 per month for 12 consecutive months with option to renew. Installation included for new customers.

Eligibility: Residents qualify if they meet ONE of the following criteria:
-Documented total household income is below 185% of the Federal Poverty Limit (FPL)
OR
-At least one member of the household is enrolled in and receiving benefits from any of the following government assistance programs: SNAP, TANF, OHP, Free/Reduced School Lunch, HUD Housing Voucher, LIEAP, or WIC
