OREGON ASSOCIATION OF AREA AGENCIES ON AGING AND DISABILITIES
OREGON ASSOCIATION OF AREA AGENCIES ON AGING AND DISABILITIES
The Oregon Association of Area Agencies on Aging and Disabilities (O4AD) is comprised of the 16 Area Agencies on Aging (AAA) located throughout Oregon. O4AD does not provide direct services to the public, but advocates for programs, services, funding, and strategies to serve older adults and people with disabilities.

Community services funded by the Older Americans Act and home and community based services, such as Oregon Project Independence, are managed by local AAAs. AAAs provide case management for older adults and/or people with disabilities who are Medicaid clients in most urban areas of the state. Remaining areas are covered by Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) staff.
