This program is designed to help survivors of specific natural disaster events connect to ODHS Disaster Case Managers. Intake does not guarantee assistance. Disaster case workers may be able to assist individuals in identifying and applying for disaster recovery support or addressing urgent needs. Services will vary based on eligibility and need.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for intake. Information will be documented and submitted confidentially to ODHS and ODHS will follow up with the caller as soon as possible. Caller may leave a voicemail if specialists are unavailable.
