LOW INCOME/HARDSHIP ASSISTANCE
Provides financial assistance in the form of a water bill credit for up to two months, or approximately $115. Credit is available once per year per household.

Eligibility: -Have a utility bill issued by the City of Sherwood (COS) for water, sewer, street, and surface water management services
-Have been an active COS utility billing customer at the same address for at least four months
-Meet income guidelines for 60% of State Median Income
-Undergoing a hardship such as unexpected medical expenses, divorce, a deceased family member, or natural disaster
