Assists with informally resolving any problems or disputes that may arise between the parties involved in a claim, and can answer questions about the workers' compensation system. Office was created by the Oregon Legislature to be an independent advocate for Oregon´s injured workers. Cannot provide legal advice and will not represent a person at Workers´ Compensation Board hearings.
