BEHAVIORAL HEALTH INITIATIVE
Program team includes an Alcohol and Drug Specialists, Peer Mentors, Mental Health Counselors, and other alternative therapeutic supports in Multnomah & Clackamas Counties. Recovery supports are funded in part through the Measure 110 Oversight and Accountability Council. The BHI team works directly with youth, engaging them in recovery-oriented activities, promoting healthy decision-making, identifying individual needs, and connecting them with drug treatment programs and mental health counseling where appropriate. The ROSE program also operates at Homeless Youth Continuum (HYC) partner agencies Janus Youth Programs, Outside In, and Native American Youth and Family Center.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call Access Center for screening. Youth must first be screened into the Homeless Youth Continuum (HYC).
