Residential treatment center providing a range of services to support individuals in recovery from substance abuse. Treatment model is based on the Medicine Wheel, integrating health (wellness), mental health, sobriety, and culture. Children up to age 5 can stay with the client.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for information
FEES: $185/day for adults. $95/day for children staying with parents. Accepts Medicaid, Medicare, VA, Blue Cross, Indian Health Services, Tribal Funds, and private pay.
DOCUMENTS: Must have a current alcohol and drug assessment, physical exam, and tuberculosis test prior to being reviewed and approved by the admissions committee
