    INTAKE PROCEDURE: During your first office visit, the provider will go over your complete medical history. You will sign and review consent forms and laboratory tests will be ordered. Your lab tests will be done on a different day.

    Your second office visit is usually 1-2 weeks after the first visit. It will include a physical exam and then a review of injection technique. You and your doctor will review the initial lab tests and prescriptions for hormones will be initiated.
    FEES: Varies by insurance. Reduced pricing available to those who qualify for our Compassionate Care Program.
