Hours: Clinics are held the first four Wednesdays of each month. Services begin at 9am and conclude no later than 2:00pm. The clinic may close early if there are no walk-up patients.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month: Clinics serve walk-up patients only. Services begin at 9am and conclude no later than 2:00pm. The clinic may close early if there are no walk-up patients.

2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month: Clinics serve appointment patients first. Walk-up service begins at 10:30am and concludes no later than 2:00pm. The clinic may close early if there are no walk-up patients.
