Monthly power, water, sewer, and garbage bill discounts: Senior or disabled customers with City of The Dalles, Northern Wasco County PUD, and The Dalles or Hood River Disposal
Weatherization: Low-income households under 200% of federal poverty level; permission from landlord/property owner to weatherize a rented home
Outreach: Must live within the service area
