Provides congregate and community meals, home delivered meals, case management, caregiver/receiver support programs, nursing home referrals, and specialized information and referral.

Oregon Project Independence (OPI) provides a comprehensive program with supports to keep older adults and persons with disabilities in their homes.

Eligibility: Community Meals: Unrestricted
Congregate Meals/Meals on Wheels: 60 years and older and home-bound due disability, medical condition, or other reason.
OPI: 60 years old or older. Call for information regarding eligibility screening.

FEES: Community and Congregate Meals/Meals on Wheels: $3.50 suggested donation for age 60 and older; $5 for age 59 and younger
