ECHO
The Echo program provides intensive case management and life skills services with an additional focus on hands-on parent education, child development, and DHS advocacy. The Echo program utilizes Make Parenting a Pleasure and Parents as Teachers Curriculums.

Eligibility: Parents age 22 and younger with an open case with DHS child welfare, are in foster care themselves, or who may not have custody of their children
