ROCKWOOD WATER FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
The Rockwood Water District offers qualifying customers financial assistance with their water bills. Rockwood Water’s financial assistance program for qualifying customers is a one-time crisis assistance payment of $132 or a bi-monthly discount of $22 on water bills for one year (six bills).

For appointment (after intake) you will need:
-Current water bill
-ID for everyone 18 years and older
-Proof of income for the household in the last 30 days
-Social security cards or numbers for everyone in the household
LANGUAGES: English, Russian, Spanish, Ukrainian, interpretation by arrangement
AREA SERVED: Rockwood Water People's Utility District (parts of Fairview, Gresham, and Portland in Multnomah County only, within Zip Codes 97233, 97236, 97030, 97024, and 97230).
SITE HOURS: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
