Eligibility:
City of Portland Water single-family residential accounts. Customers with an outstanding balance are still eligible to apply. For 60% MFI discount, monthly household income must not exceed: (Valid until July 2024) 1 person: $3950, 2 people: $4515, 3 people: $5080, 4 people: $5640, 5 people: $6095, 6 people: $6614, 7 people: $6995, 8 people: $7445. Add $450 for each additional person
For 30% MFI discount, monthly household income must not exceed: (Valid until July 2024) 1 person: $1975, 2 people: $2258, 3 people: $2540, 4 people: $2820, 5 people: $3048, 6 people: $3307, 7 people: $3498, 8 people: $3723.
Add $225 for each additional person
