LANDLORD GUARANTEE PROGRAM
Provides reimbursement for landlords with tenants who were unable to pay rent for 60 days covered by the safe harbor period. Assistance is for landlords only. Tenants may not apply.

Eligibility: Landlords may qualify for funds if tenants have provided documentation of applying for rental assistance and the landlord delayed initiation of eviction proceedings. The tenant must currently owe back rent. Landlords can apply for this fund 60 days from the date the tenant supplied them with documentation of applying for rental assistance unless the tenant supplies proof that their application was denied.
