HHAV TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM
Provides year-long transitional housing with medical and legal advocacy, including accompaniment to medical, legal, and court appointments; assistance filling out medical and legal forms; transportation, food, clothing, peer counseling, and peer support.
