PRIMARY CARE
Provides primary health care for families with a special emphasis on migrant and seasonal farm workers and others with barriers to receiving healthcare. The focus is on prevention and health maintenance, which includes physicals, well child exams, immunizations, and family planning. Referrals may be made to Project Access Washington County for those who qualify for ongoing, specialized care.
