Provides childhood immunizations and some adult immunizations, as well as, Tuberculosis screening. Influenza (Flu) vaccines are provided to both adults and children as the vaccine becomes available each season.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for information
FEES: Accepts OHP, most private insurances, and sliding scale fees. No child will be turned away because of inability to pay.
DOCUMENTS: Immunization record and insurance information, if available
LANGUAGES: English, Spanish, interpretation by arrangement
