ASSOCIATES MENTORING PROGRAM
Women in professional careers collectively mentor teams of girls primarily at the workplace. The girls meet at the work site twice a month after school (12-month commitment required), receive individual mentoring once a month, and have occasional recreational outings in the community. Mentorship includes career exploration through working collectively and quarterly social gatherings.
