HOMELESS VETERAN REINTEGRATION PROGRAM
Assists veterans in reintegrating into the community and into meaningful employment. A structured, individually designed case management plan may include skills assessment, job readiness services, life skills, money management, vocational counseling, job club, job search assistance, and addressing barriers to employment.

Eligibility: Must be homeless or at risk of homelessness (lacking a permanent address), or have been homeless within the last 20 days. Must have at least one day of active duty, must have any discharge other than a dishonorable discharge.
